PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (WPTV) - Actress Lindsay Lohan’s father was arrested in Palm Beach County, Florida, over the weekend.

Michael Lohan is accused of violating his probation after allegedly committing a domestic crime in Texas last month.

On Tuesday, a Florida judge denied bond.

For now, Michael Lohan will remain behind bars for the alleged probation violation, which stems from a 2022 felony case where he was accused of receiving kickbacks for directing people to rehab centers.

He’s due back in court next month.
