It appears that the activist liberal judiciary suffers from the same “Trump Derangement Syndrome” as most Democratic politicians and their supporters (“ Trump clings to war powers, tells courts to butt out of deportations,” Page 1, March 18). Activist judges and radical leftist have apparently forgotten that President Trump is our duly elected leader and has the constitutional duty, power and authority to protect us from the illegal aliens wreaking havoc on our nation.

These judges and politicians remain silent as young girls are savagely beaten, raped and killed — but they defend the theoretical rights of illegals. Elected officials in Boston, Denver, Los Angeles and other so-called sanctuary cities refuse to turn illegals over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and frequently help them evade apprehension. As indicated in your article, activist Judge Boasberg attempted to block the deportation of a plane full of the worst of the worst, demanding that they be returned to the U.S. While President Trump was fulfilling his duties, this activist judge was insisting that a plane be turned around to bring back hardened criminals? If this is not a severe case of judicial activism and TDS, nothing is.

President Trump is doing his part to restore law and order, but until Congress steps up and starts taking action against radical activist judges and their attempts to obstruct, the insanity will continue. Conservative jurists appear to try to interpret the Constitution honestly and apply the law correctly, but their liberal counterparts seem determined to use their power to further radical leftist causes and obstruct the will of our citizens.

Until we can find a cure for TDS, Congress needs to start impeachment and debarment proceedings and aggressively remove these activist judges from the bench before they completely destroy our country.
