TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - Florida State softball dominated USF on Saturday afternoon to win 8-0 win in six innings. The win advanced FSU to its 12th consecutive regional final. Sophomore Ashtyn Danley went five innings and allowed just one hit. She improved to 13-1 and has not allowed an earned run in her last 12 innings which spans over her last five appearances. After a scoreless first inning, the Seminoles had a runner on base with two outs for Amaya Ross. She drove the first pitch she saw to dead center field for her fourth home run of the year. The Seminoles continued the impressive offensive outing with six more runs including a solo home runs by Ross for her second big fly of the game.
