Fairfax County teen found in New Jersey after trespassing in Fredericksburg schools, prompting closures Friday, police say

School officials announced that all Fredericksburg City Public Schools (FCPS) closed Friday over safety concerns after a missing teen was seen trespassing on school grounds.
