A federal grand jury in Hartford, Conn., has indicted an Enfield, Conn., man on a cocaine trafficking charge and authorities are seeking to recover over $353,000 in cash, some linked to a bank in Springfield. Rahkeem Blakely, 34, of Enfield, appeared Wednesday before U.S. Magistrate Judge Thomas O. Farrish in Hartford and entered a plea of not guilty, according to a press release issued by the U.S. District Attorney District of Connecticut on Thursday. Blakely has been in jail since his arrest on state charges on Sept. 12, 2024. He was indicted by a federal grand jury on Feb. 13, 2025.
