This four-bedroom, two-bathroom house is two miles from Murray Park, its soccer fields, amphitheater and walking trails that wind along a creek. Public elementary, middle and high schools are all within a five-minute drive, as is the Intermountain Medical Center hospital complex. Downtown Salt Lake City is 15 minutes away by car, and the campus of the University of Utah is a 20-minute drive.

Great Salt Lake State Park, which has boat slips and picturesque views, is a half-hour drive. Provo is 40 minutes away, and Park City is a 45-minute drive.

Indoors: The front yard is planted with lavender bushes, with several steps leading to a lime-green front door.

Inside is the foyer, where a short set of stairs rises to an open living and dining area with original oak floors. The sitting area has a brick fireplace, painted black, and an orange accent wall. The dining area is in front of glass doors facing the backyard.

The kitchen, beyond the dining area, was updated in 2020, and the glossy green tiles behind the range were added in 2024. The appliances are stainless steel and an atomic-style light fixture hangs from the ceiling.

There are two bedrooms on this level, both off a hallway from the living room. One is the primary bedroom, big enough for a king-size bed, and the other is set up as a nursery, with two windows and gray carpeting. A full bathroom with a floating wood vanity, black and white floor tiles and white, black, and green tiles around the combined tub and shower.
