A teenager was arrested Tuesday in connection with a deadly shooting in Orlando earlier this month. The teen is charged with first-degree murder with a firearm and attempted robbery with a firearm, according to an Orlando Police Department news release. The agency said officers responded at 1:33 a.m. March 16 to 5200 North Orange Blossom Trail. They found a vehicle and inside were a woman and 26-year-old Jared A. Kinloch — who was suffering from a gunshot wound. First responders took Kinloch to Orlando Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. Police interviewed the woman and she told them the shooting happened during a drug transaction. The suspect faces additional charges including grand theft, armed trespass and possession of a firearm by a minor, according to the news release.
